This Healing Dance Retreat is an opportunity to dive into the wisdom that lives in our bodies through movement in order to experience and savor the preciousness of life. It will be sacred play designed to help you to cultivate a deeper expression of your Authentic Joy and Creativity. Meditation, movement, sound and rhythm will take us on an inner journey of transformation through expression. This will be a journey into a fuller emergence of the self and a coming home into the heartbeat of community. Seeing and being seen, transmitting and receiving, dancing and being danced will guide and inform the discovery of your becoming.

This is rare opportunity to work with Sylvia and Saffire in this lovely retreat setting in nature! The accommodations are first come, first served to get a room and a bed indoors with 2-3 person occupancy per room, or you can bring a tent. Food will be simple but delicious vegetarian food.

Saffire Bouchelion is a 1st Degree Black Belt Nia instructor who has been passionately practicing Nia for 18 years. He is also a professional performer and musician. His embodiment and transmission of music and rhythm stir profound transformation in his students. He has been teaching drumming, Nia, and Dance into Being workshops internationally or the past 11 years. His greatest joy is helping to embody the world, one community at a time!
